I usually don't provide reviews of service vendors but will make an exception for Ross Real Estate due to the excellent service on the sale of our distressed single family home that Ross sold in less than one month in Marcus Hook, PA. Due to COVID the home was not lived in for two years and needed "cleaned out" of debris and old furniture. Ross provided names of vendors for this service. The home was appraised in 2013 and Ross was able to sell the property for $5000 more than the prior appraisal, despite significant deterioration of the home in the interim. In addition, Ross Real Estate also provided help in obtaining additional documents such as inheritance tax documents needed by the title company that was assisting with the closure of the home. Ross Real Estate demonstrated honesty, experience, competence and mature professionalism. Five stars for Ross Real Estate!
